Die Beratung ist perfekt, der Kundenservice sowieso, wobei man keineswegs das Gefühl vermittelt bekommt, man sei "nur" Kunde. Auch Fachsimpeln macht Spaß, die Stimmung ist warmherzig und offen. I bought a fountain pen and ink here, with so much help and warmth from Ms. Rodrigues. Then came back with my kid, so that she could have the experience of choosing her first fountain pen for school. The collection of inks … mehr is addictive, as well as variety of accessories, big and small. And of course notebooks and paper. Above and beyond.
